Curried Chicken Salad Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup sweet onion, minced 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder Pinch cayenne 2-3 cups shredded cooked chicken 1/2 -3/4 cup mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons mango chutney* 1/4 cup minced cilantro (optional) Handful red or green seedless grapes, halved 2 tablespoons lime juice Kosher salt and black pepper Process: In a sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
